If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, you are not alone. My name is William Robinson, and I am a Florida attorney with 35 years of practice under my belt. I share those same frustrations and I decided to do something about them.
After many years of practice, I have become a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. As such I can be amazingly effective in helping you resolve disputes. Your clients will experience an increased level of control during the mediation process. During this pandemic, we can all agree that a settlement, is better than no trial. Who knows, and if, and when the courts will be up and running, but the vaccinations should help speed us back to a new normal.
Located in lovely Miami Gardens, we are able to easily service both Dade and Broward, even in Zoom land. My familiarity with the court system, including civil and probate cases, will help you effectively resolve your case. I charge a reasonable rate of $350 per hour and believe that to be fair. My unique stature in the community has me well positioned to be an honest broker for your alternative dispute resolution.
